The Mispol Group’s basic business is the production and distribution of tinned meet, pates and ready made dishes. Our products are sold in Poland, other EU countries, post Soviet Union countries, the Balkans and in Israel.

The Mispol Group have four production plants – two in Poland (Suwałki – a special economic zone and in  Białystok), two in Belarus (in Grodno – special economic zone and duty-free zone in Słonimie).

It is worth mentioning that the Suwałki and Grodno plants are the top modern ones among all production plants of this type – the Suwałki plant is unique in all Poland (as of 6th March 2006) as it is licensed for export to Russia.

The Mispol Capital Group is composed of the following:

• Mispol S.A. (the parent company),
• P.P.H. Mispol - Dystrybucja Sp. z o.o. (entity dependent on Mispol S.A.),
• Grodex Sp. z o.o. (entity dependent on Mispol S.A.),
• Grodfood and Quinfood (companies established under the law of Belarus dependent on Grodex Sp. z o.o.).
